A really helpful quote in the chapter on how personality impacts our disagreements: “Owen was easily exasperated; Baxter was simply exasperating. The combination could hardly be more challenging, and we can now see the problem all too clearly. When these two personalities finally came into direct contact, the result was never going to be pretty.” (pg53)
