I really like Tinkas aunt the way she called out the obessession with “fairness”

If the amount of “kaali” comments and discrimaring based on color was reduced it would be so much better because hey it has a decent plot and good characters but the amount of times they keep emphasizing Tehminas color and insulting it is just not something I can look past

See I am liking it so far but I have a problem with the descriptions especially on skin color or “gulab jamun “ like . It feels a bit amateurish but the story is sounding promising and so does the characters

This has been on my TBR for way too long . Finally picking it up
