It’s so frustrating because there’s “the Fates” that keep the “balance” but yet the villain has been able to do insanely bad things without any balance or interference. (Obviously it would make the plot of the story harder to create if it worked perfectly, but it’s super annoying.)

FINALLY getting back to this one. It grabbed me pretty quickly and I’m liking it! EXCEPT- she just brought in the pregnancy trope 🤮 I mean I knew it was coming because of the books prior to this, but there’s soooo much book left to already be happening 🙄

I am unfortunately starting to get burnt out on thus series. 😕 it’s just soooo longggg and I’m ready to move on

I hate the beginning of a book in a series because it’s sooo much recapping. I’m sure I would appreciate it if I was reading the books as they came out and not back to back, but geezzzz. It just feels so repetitive.
