It highlights the danger of idleness, which I keep coming back to. It’s similar to the whole thing where he says that when you get comfortable with your sin, that’s when you’re truly in danger.
It’s a comfortable danger. If you don’t think you’re doing anything wrong—or even if you don’t think you’re doing anything harmful—why would you stop?

Okay, so I’m reading this for school, and I’m only one letter in, but so far I think I’m actually going to love it. And I’m not a fan of C. S. Lewis’ writing, but I’m excited…
