Mike Hanlon is trying to get insight on the more recent attacks at Derry. He has already called the other members of the Losers Club. Bill, although has a speech impediment(stuttering) he is a very strong and hard worker. He is the leader of the Losers Club and everybody on the Losers Club looks up to him.

Bill and Richie have found Georgie's old photograph album. It started to come alive and start to bleed. Bill has reached his hand into the album. This book has made me scared of several things including, sewer drains, photo albums, clowns, mummies, and restrooms/bathrooms. Once I saw a kid staring down a sewer drain and I thought, "He is going to die." Being the selfish kid I am, I ran as far away as possible.

Ben has just left Derry Library and he is going to mail his love haiku to Beverly. Ben seems to be very kind and lonely. One way he has shown this is that he seems to be very kind towards the librarian and very soft spoken. He also is very lonely because he sits alone.

Stanley has proposed to Patty and they are on their honeymoon. They have decided to try to have a baby. The theme of this book is obviously fear. "It" turns into your worst fear.
