How many times is this book going to torture me🙃 at least it seems like we’re nearing a good ending. Bittersweet, at least.

I’m dreading what I know is coming. At least they had a very brief moment where they could all laugh at Matteo’s mispronunciation.

This might be my favorite talk so far. The love Dave and Katie share is so strong, yet so tragic. Dave loves Katie, so much so that he “protects” her by not telling her everything. Katie loves Dave, but not enough to put herself in danger of relapse. The highlight is “… I love me, too. I only just learned how. And I couldn’t love us both. Not like that.”. It’s even worse when you know what’s coming.

The talk between Dave and Katie was intriguing. It’s a little frustrating how Katie gets mad at Dave for not remembering the mirror incident, even though it’s clear he was sleep walking and would likely have no memory of it. It’s still understandable that she wouldn’t want to live with him anymore. Dave and Matteo’s dynamic continues to make me chuckle. I hope Linda and Katie get to interact a bit more.

It’s pretty good so far! I listened to the podcast before reading and loved it.
