Ha is extremely talented in the art of the audience squirming. Window Boy, Balloon Season, and Sweet Baby I think are still some of my favorite works out of the short story scene in the last few years. My one criticism remains that in the works I listed, the stilted dialogue is perfect, but as time went on I think I wanted to see Ha experiment more, do less stories in first person, more colorful language etc.
