Tina, I thought the 1st 2 chapters were helpful, but everything in the 3rd chapter (Communication) seemed to be a bit "duh" for me. I'll provide more as I get through it further. I'm reading it on work time because it counts as professional development, and I'm trying to set aside an hour each week to do something like this. I took an InfoPeople online course called Core Reference (as a refresher). A couple of months ago. It was good and I was able to do almost all of it during the work day - approx 4 hours a week for 6 weeks.

Wow, that sounds good! And, I've been trying to carve out a bit of time each week to do the same.
