As someone on the journey to an endo diagnosis, this book was super insightful, educational and such an easy read! 10/10 recommend particularly for those who are waiting on their diagnosis as well or even know someone who has endo this book will give you a little bit more insight to what chronic pain is like and how to help support people struggling with it.
