loved the last chapter I read (3 it was I think (?)) because I'm so curious about how much of my own body and who I am physically has affected the way I am psychologically speaking. If though comes from the inside, how much of it is affected by the outside?

I love how this book (and the first one) seem to be a quiet chat with a coffee but suddenly strikes you with life-changing questions out of nowhere
