RIP Gourmet magazine. I love everything Ruth writes and this was no exception. Gourmet was my coming of age in the kitchen. It’s two page dreamy moody spread of dark berries and greenery inspired my wedding bouquets. Reading it made me feel traveled and sophisticated. Most importantly it taught me that eating is beautiful.
