The more I read the more I realizing I’m pushing myself to keep going. The lack of sleep isn’t helping and I’ll probably reread so I can focus on book two. But I do find interesting that the book is starting to show the “dark” side of Jasad

So I kinda got into a reading slump. This book is like slow but good. I think if you take a lot of breaks in the middle of reading, it’s hard for you to get back into the flow or like forget certain details. However when Arin and her be getting these lil moments of tensions- I be eatinggggg that shit up. Like yes- FINALLYYYYY

Ya know Arin isn’t boring me as much, he’s actually asking the right questions. I think I was expecting there to be this instant connection but I’m reminding myself that not all enemies to lovers are gonna be fast paced lol. Idk idk.

Soooo I’m kinda bored but kinda not. I will say I am loving the fact that the author sprinkles in the bits of tension and reach between Arin and Essyia. I also fuck with that name more than Sylvia. I’m at chapter 10 and I’m kinda ready for more imph but we shall see
