I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it! I read a similar book where the “creature reveal” ended up being mermaids and it kinda took me out of the immersion. I’m glad they say it’s mermaids up front in this one 😂
Yes, mermaid horror is niche. When I tell people about this book they are like killer mermaids!??!! Haha
