There is a mysterious plot about how the vineyard is completely riddled with plant diseases. For further drama, a full-blooded elf is on hand, ostensibly to cure the plant diseases, but for some reason she's not doing it. She would kill our protagonist if she knew she's half elf herself. But, every two chapters we interrupt that intrigue for an extended, graphic sex scene.
