Another takeaway from the book: if someone deliberately makes you feel uncomfortable, turn the situation around and make them even more uncomfortable.
Example: Man exposing himself to women to embarrass them. The next time it happened, women loudly called out, "Ladies and gentlemen, this man has something he wants to show everyone!" Suddenly, he was the embarrassed one and quickly ran away.

According to this book, if someone tells you they can't do something, just agree with them. They'll often end up trying to prove you wrong and insist they actually can do something.

There was a good example, especially if you run a business.
Virgin Atlantic kept dealing with passengers stealing their salt and pepper shakers. Instead of removing them, they added a note on the bottom that read, "Stolen from Virgin Atlantic."
The result? People proudly displayed them at dinner parties, they became conversation starters, and the airline got free word of mouth marketing.
