Sone of the characters are really pissing me off. Matahachi’s family are seriously fucked in the head. Your son leaves his fiancée and runs off with a woman who tried to seduce his best friend and your first instinct is to blame the best friend. AND THAAN making the other samurai beat his sister. And there’s that stupid monk, he fancies Otsu. I feel like they’re making Takezo the scapegoat
