It’s a lot of real-world couples problem solving techniques which I do not need at this time but I like his insight into how valuable a purpose is to each person and therefore each relationship. He dives straight into that without even questioning it. Everyone must have a purpose that they’re actively working on or the relationship falls apart, because they’re not fulfilling themself.
