I wanted to like this book. I love reading about prehistory, and am fascinated by Stonehenge. But after reading the first two books of his Century trilogy, I’m convinced that Follett can’t write dialogue. There are so many better authors, and I have too many of their works on my For Later shelf, that I am shelving this one as DNF.
