Doesn’t shy away several hard topics like human trafficking. It’s a real problem and the author draws the reader in and makes it feel personal. Brown is also pretty blunt and doesn’t sugar coat anything.
This book is not for the faint of heart but it’s definitely interesting:

Who to trust?! Every couple of chapter the Author is misdirecting the reader then changing direction again. The web she’s spinning is intricate and extremely intriguing.
Is he the hero or the villain? Every time you think you know, Sandra Brown throws you a curve. I love it!
