Very pleased with this book so far. Love the middle-aged protagonists (actually I love all the characters regardless of age) and the female friendships and absolute trust and love are just on another level. For some reason, all the female bffs calling each other "kindred" as a term of affection really got to me in a good way. Happy to be enjoying this as much as I am!
