Are they setting up a side story with the succubae Ro and the incubuses sinister and zahir? Overall there are sooo many irrelevant characters in this story. And the author made Marc a piece of shit mage with his commentary on her wearing makeup in the first book and then ending things because he was jealous of her friend Salis

Why did the author write about the librarian crying to the fmc about fucking her dead father?! lol such a pointless addition to the story. And why have all the powerhouse have beef with risha regarding the breakup with hellion when it was lucifer that put a hit out on risha? And why are they never fully explaining things. It’s weirdddd
