okay finished the ‘ancient and medieval political thought’ section so i thought i’d share my favourite topics:
- Confucius’ idea of the leaders’ desires reflecting on the people
- Aristoteles’ idea that we’re innately political
- feudal barons of england
- thomas aquinas and how he justifies war (went into a rabbit hole over his religious thoughts)
- machiavelli !!!!

wait peak as fuck. i love learning about eastern philosophy. confucius is such an interesting person
