So I feel like the book started with a lot of 5 star potential. Giving Taylor Jenkins Reid. More of a contemporary/fiction vibe. I think second half felt more like a traditional romance with found family, sisterhood, random dead man that nobody cared about. I would’ve like to see more exploration on motherhood, Lara’s prev marriage, Ollie’s ptsd etc.
