Finally, the epilogue. Almost done. I cannot remember a title that took more out of the reader to skim, intermittently read, comment upon as so not enjoyable. I would give this one star, but that’s for the author. Another star for the fact that she completed whatever you want to call this, and three because I like so many of her other books

And now almost isn’t afterthought, the beat to death plot line, Isobel thinks she is with child. Done to death, that trope must end 90% of this genre.
