This book reminds me of a mix between the TV shows Dynasty and Schitt’s Creek. This book is not the most humorous but the main family is Jewish and is experiencing crazy financial troubles, and drama.

The fact the book opened with a riveting kidnapping to build the foundation for the family’s future dysfunctions was really cool.
