In the first couple of chapters there were a lot of "well I have no idea wtf THAT is but I guess I can generally follow the problem...kind of". But your mileage may vary. I think a lot of people might get too frustrated. It remains to be seen if it's worth it. I do love the dynamic of the two main characters.
