I tried, I gave it an honest chance (DNFed first time) but in the end I need to give up; reading it has become an unwanted chore in the last few days. I'm not even sure what exactly is not working for me in this one, other than I just don't give a fig about what is happening at all. I think I will finish it by reading chapter summaries and let's hope the next book in the NotME will be a different story.
