Good/useful so far?

It's quite interesting so far - I think subconsciously everyone uses the NVC framework to varying degrees but formulating it as a framework makes it easier to apply in daily life. My only point of contention is that Rosenberg advocates separating observation from judgment but this is easier said than done when you factor in personal bias and beliefs.
