So, it's not QUITE what it sounds like. Basically in Dune, all religions have been morphed, chopped up, flattened, and changed. Except Judaism. There are secret enclaves of traditional Judaism throughout the galaxy where they have rabbis, observe the sabbath, etc. At least as of 130 pages or so, that's all it is. Jewish mysticism has been apart of Dune for most of the series!
