I had to stop reading it. Unfortunately, it is not my cup of tea. I get the main character suffering, but for half the book most of what I read was her just wanting to die and not wanting kids, and hating her life and husband, and it just became too boring. I kept reading initially to see if it would get better but the build up is super slow, and I can only take so much of the characters extremely low moods.
