This might be a dnf. It started out good, but the fmc is very spoiled and entitled and the MMC is very arrogant and condescending (not in a fun angsty way either)

Alexander and Tessa’s dad were definitely more than “friends” 😂 This was written back in the 90s so I’m not surprised Boyd didn’t just come out and say they were lovers. It would have added to overall love story imo.

I told myself that I wasn’t going to pick another book this week, Since Sam Mariano is dropping a book, but here we are 😅
