I’m absolutely loving the little bread crumbs the author is giving about the connection between viper and keera. My running theory is that they use the same magic of the desert between the two of them.

So far enjoying the world building. I have a random theory that the viper is the queen’s son. Reasons why I think it might be is 1. she never heard of him
2. He is wearing a mask that lord Alasdar told him to wear (I think he is trying to keep his face hidden)
3. The queen hasn’t mention any heirs yet, but she clearly old enough to have a heir
