Okay. We're now in the other world and other characters get introduced AND INSTANTLY KILLED and I feel way more invested at least. I think my biggest problem rn i that I do not like Leo all that much. Which is bad because he will be here for the whole book. I think I just dislike main characters who start off as blank slates? But hey maybe it gets better.
