The intro got me enthused about coding again. The first section about easy to change code went over the DRY principle. I thought I understood it, but realized I was thinking too narrowly about what it is. Already I’m thinking about my current projects better.

I was expecting this to read like a textbook, but it’s surprisingly easy to read. I’ve checked out a few different topics and have also started from the beginning which will be the bulk of my reading. Already I’m happy with how it takes concepts I know but am not good at articulating and articulates them well.
