Genuinely do not like how much of a tone shift this book is. I was hoping the end of the third book would have had a more definitive impact on any future books but this fourth entry into the series just feels like a slap in the face.

Not to mention shifting perspectives from Darrow to other characters I couldn’t give a damn about. I don’t know if I’ll finish this series now.
