This is lowkey one of the best novels I’ve ever read. Such fascinating themes about faith. Why is God silent in the midst of immense suffering? Can God be both benevolent AND all-powerful? If an all-powerful God willingly allows such suffering, is he truly infinitely loving? Can a benevolent God even exist under such conditions?
