Swoon.

Aldric just became my favorite Gent. To bad he isn't actually an officer. He really does remind me of Admiral Thrawn at times. And that's quite the compliment from me.

Aldric is starting to remind me of a young Thrawn for some reason. Probably in the he cares deeply but remains emotionally distant way that Thrawn is. At least Celeste isn't a stalker like Thalias is. May need to reread all of the Thrawn books this year.

I forgot how awful some of the families are in these books.

I need something wholesome after Japanese Gothic.
