I was weary reading this because the negative reviews made it sound like its torture porn of women but I feel like there's a difference between that and "everything is awful so therefore also for women sometimes" and so far we are not even near torture porn

style is growing on me... It's more direct fantasy than I thought but I like it, that river monster is creepy as fuck; like a giant mutated catfish

It's very A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms so far (complimentary). I'm excited but also a bit wary of the very modern tone, it feels jarring sometimes.
