SPOILERS: This last chapter has me in tears! I was not at all expecting a main character to die so early on. But then again, that is kind of the point of this book, isn’t it? Sometimes death feels like it happens without warning, and you’re just left in a state of utter disbelief.

I’m reading this while listening to the audiobook. This narrator does a great job bringing the characters to life. I love the way he reads all of the dialogue.
