25 pages past my last point and it is getting a little better.

This book is so slow. The first quarter is so far made up of moaning about India. All the main character does is criticise and whine. I’m intrigued about Meena and Birwad, these are the only things keeping me reading right now.

So far, 1 star but close to DNF. I’m praying it gets better and my rating can go up.

So far, this book is boring. I’m on chapter 5 and praying it gets better. The main character is unlikeable, the story flits around and seems so far to be centred on her hatred for Mumbai. I really do not want to add this to my DNF list so I will give it 5 more chapters to see if the direction improves.
