such an interesting premise and difficult line to parse: shifting the value from traditional paid labor within a feminist lens so that paid labor doesn't minimize the role of a feminized person to that of the homemaker (whose work is also deserving of financial recompense). at this point, it seems that patriarchal capitalism will never allow for a restructuring that is truly functional and equitable.
