This is an interesting book about how humans began and how they used to be 10 different species of humans on the Earth. Scientists have more recently discovered that instead of evolution from one species to another. There was a bunch existing at the same time that were different but similar and humans or Homo sapiens won out.

It’s all just the theory, of course, but it is different from when I was growing up
