I don’t know if it was my audio copy but this was a bit of a mess. The scene of jacks death. At first, the scene played out, he was in a coma, and the poison was the same as what killed the guy in the previous book. Then the scene played out AGAIN and this time, paramedics tried to revive him in the diner and he died, of cyanide poisoning. What the heck happened here? Did an editor miss the original plot line?
