This book has me hooked. But at times it’s hard to read because of the spot on experiences of being black. Working twice as hard to still have people mumble under their breath and be in disbelief. I still walk into rooms and people wonder why I’m there. I adjust my crown and keep it moving but man is it hard sometimes…
