Omg, the shit show that this turned into. Oh the drama, the stupid, ridiculous drama. I was speed-reading like crazy today just to get done because I was sooo over this. How could a book about treasure hunting be this damn lame and boring? Thank God that’s over with.

The books remains dry and boring AF, but there were a few funny lines that improved things. I was getting SO frustrated with dragging it out. The hero is a lame beta loser and the heroine wanting to make all the moves. Not my kind of relationship. It finally went there but was as disappointing as the rest of this entire book. The characters just aren’t likable or interesting. Falling so flat.

This book stinks. Only way to put it. The writing is so simple and not good. The heroine is already stupid and annoying. She has too much going on. The hero is boring and doesn’t speak realistically. I don’t like this plot and it feels self-published. Gonna be a slog to get through cuz I already had to make myself read this far.
