If my future husband doesn’t have the emotional intelligence Red has, I don’t want it! So refreshing to see the girlies in the chronically ill but cute club and girls who aren’t thin and white and sporty as the main character. She covered so many marginalised groups in this book so far but it wasn’t forced at all it felt natural, and felt realistic to my experience with chronic illness too.
