Meh, a little slow, entertaining but not enveloping. I like the descriptions but it feels like the author couldn’t choose the best way to describe things so she wrote a list and that’s rather annoying to me, too much.

Meh. This book is giving Fourth Wing and for that reason I’m out. Still going to finish it because nice background. Would recommend for a nice read but nothing special, would not continue series if it continues.
