This book makes me so viscerally uncomfortable because it is SO painfully relatable. It feels like the author climbed into my brain and took detailed notes and that’s very unsettling. Either way, it’s helped me a lot in understanding why I am the way I am and how I can continue working on being less of a people pleaser.
