Update: finished When Rain Clouds Gather! One of my new favourites ever 5 out of 5 stars would read again. Not only did I fall in love with Botswana but also Bessie's Head amazing writing. They way she captures the complexities and philosophy of her charactes was so intruiging! Makhaya, Paulina, Mma Milipede, Gilbert all felt like such vividly real people.
