beautiful prose, unique structure, complex multi-layered storytelling. but i don't know if i can get through 400 more pages of this. i'm finding that i wish there were chapters or more strongly-defined pauses to catch my breath and process. trying to trust the author to reveal things in their due time but ultimately feeling confused and like reading this is a chore so far :/ i will try to push through!
